For BOPP film production, it utilizes production lines from Germany’s Brückner Group and slitters from the UK's Atlas Converting Equipment Ltd.,adopting a triple-layer co-extrusion, three-stage biaxial stretching process.This ensures high speed, large output, wide film breadth, and stable product quality, making the films suitable for various high-end packaging applications.The adhesive workshop has been continuously upgraded, housing 16 sets of 15-ton adhesive reactors. Advanced equipment and processes guarantee an annual output of over 100,000 tons of acrylic emulsion (>300 tons daily), with quality consistently meeting national standards. This provides robust raw material support for adhesive tape production.
Since implementing the ISO9001 Quality Management System in 1999, the company introduced Quality Control Circle activities in 2006. Tools like fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts, and trend charts are employed to deeply analyze production issues and drive continuous improvements in product quality and processes. A dedicated R&D team, equipped with advanced testing instruments and R&D facilities, conducts daily performance tests on adhesive tapes. Products are optimized based on market demands and industry trends to maintain technological leadership.
With three Sister Companies — Ultra Plus Film, E Plus Chemical, and Ultra Plus Tape —the company has built an integrated industry chain spanning BOPP films, acrylic esters/emulsions, to BOPP adhesive tapes.
